I believe that too often we focus so much on the details that we forget about the big picture. The details are important, but if you're heading down the wrong path, you're ultimately going to be unsuccessful.
Jason Moroz, P.Eng, M.Sc, PMP
Partner
Jason has over fifteen years experience in a career that started as a structural engineer. After honing his design, project management and leadership skills in the consulting industry, he turned his attention to the public sector at the City of Calgary, first as a project manager delivering transportation projects, and then leading a team for the planning, strategy and delivery of a portfolio with a replacement cost of over one billion dollars.

With this wide range of experience, Jason decided to found Three Peaks Group. He felt that in many cases consultants focused only on what was in front of them, and didn't really think about the big picture. He specializes in Capital Project Management, Lifecycle Planning & Strategy, Asset Management and finding cost effective, holistic solutions.

Jason is a professional engineer, holding a bachelor's and masters in civil engineering from the University of Calgary. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.

I believe the time and effort spent on fostering and maintaining healthy relationships is the key to any successful project.
